Emily Blunt, born Feb. 23, 1983, is a British actress. Emily rose to fame very early on in her career, earning two Golden Globe nominations for her work in the projects ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ and ‘Gideon’s Daughter.’ She won the Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television for ‘Gideon’s Daughter’ in 2007, though the TV movie initially came out in 2005.
From there, the actress continued to earn incredible roles in comedies and dramas. Among her many projects, she’s appeared in ‘The Young Victoria,’ ‘Sunshine Cleaning,’ ‘Salmon Fishing in the Yemen,’ ‘Into the Woods,’ and ‘Mary Poppins Returns.’ Along with her acting abilities, she is also quite a good singer, as seen in her movie-musical projects.
She’s been married to ‘The Office’ alum John Krasinski since 2010 and the couple have two daughters. They also worked together in the films ‘A Quiet Place’ and the subsequent sequel.
